I hope you had a great weekend and Happy Easter! 
I really enjoyed the class on Tuesday- so much excellent content in so short a time!

Here’s my value study of The Mud Owl’s Warning. I used a Prismacolor Ebony, Jet Black, extra smooth, 14420 on Strathmore 64 # charcoal paper. I used a “Sofft” foam tipped blender to fill in the values in the texture of the paper.

I still struggle with different objects/shapes different values, and making bigger shapes to envelop multiple objects.
