Shane portrait

I think this is my best portrait so far! The eyes gave me a lot of trouble, trying to make them look in the same direction, and it seems like there are some subtle highlights in there I tried to match but didn’t fully understand. And the forehead never felt right, either too smooth or to scribbley. And then I’ve been focusing hard on accuracy, but how can I make it more visually interesting? I like the ones you do with the contrast and pencil strokes, etc.
