Bryn’s sketch

    Hey Matt!  I did this portrait sketch in an hour and a half.  I know my reference isn’t the best in contrast of values but thought I could use my creative liberties to help the values work together.  I struggled with visualizing the headdress as a whole shape and was wondering how you would approach it.  Also how can I help my eye with catching the angle of a shape while drawing instead of being almost done with the sketch (like how the headdress isn’t in perspective).  Thanks for the feedback
