Light Sources Practice – Lindsey

Hi Matt, 

I decided to block in the tone instead of doing a fully rendered piece this time around. I also went lighter with the reverse gradation of this drawing. Last time when I shaded it darker, I lost a lot of the angles and edges. I think this solves that problem. I also feel that the reverse gradation came out a bit blotchy. I tried to correct it with a kneaded eraser, hopefully it isn’t too noticeable. Any way I can try to prevent this in my future drawings? Looking forward to your feedback.
