What happens right after I sign up?
Right after you sign up you will receive login instructions via email. You will be directed to watch our Begin Here Step By Step course.
If you do not receive an email from us within two minutes of signing up, please check your spam folder.
When will I be billed?
If you signed up to our monthly plan your credit card or PayPal account will be billed every month moving forward until you decide to cancel your subscription.
If you signed up to our annual plan your credit card or PayPal account will be billed every 365 days until you decide to cancel your membership.
If you signed up to our two year plan your credit card or PayPal account will be billed one time. Our two year plan does not automatically renew. We do not offer refunds on any membership plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
It’s extremely easy to cancel your subscription. Just email Matt by clicking on the contact link. He will cancel your membership within twenty-four hours no questions asked.
It is recommended that you send Matt a cancellation email 24-48 hours before your subscription is set to renew.
Please note once you have cancelled your subscription you will no longer be able to log in. You will be locked out of your account.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you have signed up to our new site members.drawing-tutorials-online you have complete control over your subscription.
It is your responsibility to keep track of your renewal dates. All subscription plans auto renew. If you do not wish to have your subscription auto renew please email Matt 24-48 hours before the day you wish to cancel.
Can I upgrade my plan?
If you sign up to our monthly subscription and decide you would like to save money with our annual plans it’s extremely easy to change plans. Just email Matt and he will switch plans for you.
