Hi Matt

This is just the first stage of this drawing, I’m struggling with the face and wanted to resolve it before moving on to the rest of the image. The stock image of the woman was perfect for the expression I wanted but full of reflected light from below which I didnt like. Im wanting to have it softer and more backlit if that can be believable with the background I’ve chosen.

I’m not succeeding in imagining this lighting and resulting tone, and I havent captured her likeness at all!
