The Serratus Posterior Muscles

Hi Matt

 

1- I couldn’t see any of these 5 Muscles on the photo (Serratus Posterior Muscles, Splenius Muscles & Quadrtus Lumborum) !

-I don’t really know how you really saw them! Could you please show me them over the photo?

 

2-As always, I struggled with the Scapula and its spine & Acromion!

 

3-I didn’t understand what’s the Aponeurosis, on your reference image in the video, you have an arrow over the sacrum!
