Took me a while to do it. Playing with a fabric perspective, angles and portrait in charcoal.
This is my wife from another century (how time flies) saddened for unknown reason, but it pulled me into itself like a magnet to make something out of old photography …
Charcoal is fun but not forgiving all the way, even going slow with it there is risk of overloading it – paper grooves I meant to say. Not sure if I missed some values and how much is enough of added detail to make it good, but not hyper realistic rendering that I don’t like much, but if you step back you are getting close to that enough to make it interesting for public.
