Shadow shapes – Stuart

Hi, Matt,

Here’s my attempt at the Met statue for this unit. Despite, remeasuring and reworking several times, the overall drawing is flawed, as the face is too long, particularly the nose, which also led to other parts of the drawing being out of proportion. Still really enjoyed doing it though!

I found recognising the values of the shadow shapes to be quite a challenge, but I worked from light to dark and I think there was some progress.
