Sacrospinalis Muscles

Hi Matt,

1- I struggled to see these three muscles of Sacrospinalis (Iliocostalis, Longissimus & Spinalis) on the photo, so I did them as in your drawing! Could you please show them over the photo to see them!

2-From the Longissimus muscle name I thought it is the longest one, but the Iliocostalis seems longer which extends to the lower part of the sacrum which the Longissimus inserts at the lower back!

-Do they insert at the 5,6 Cervical Vertebra or the lower part of the skull?

 

3- I struggled to see the spine of the scapula!
