Rectus Abdominis

Hi Matt,

 

1-I struggled with seeing the 8 abs and the ribs on the photo also the Costal Margin!

2-Is the External Oblique from the lower chest at the sides till the pubic bone ?

3-Does the Sternum align with the first pair of abs and the costal margin align with the second row of the abs?

-Why athletes say six packs if the abs are 8 or the lower abs under the navel are not visible?
