this is quite a good lesson. It shows all that You explain to me in the Member Critiques step by step.
I focused on angles, plumb lines, light, and values.
I didn’t concentrate to draw the hair exactly. It’s only dark value in that drawing to have contrast.
I had some moments of desperation with the angles. I was nearly to give up. Plumb lines really did help me a lot to correct my wrong proportions.
Angles seem to be the most important step to master portrait drawing.
I did the drawing three times on different papers.
