Hamtring Muscles

Hi Matt,

I didn’t find your Reference photo that you used in the video, so I used another one!

1-I struggled to see the muscles on the model, so I did them as you did!

2-Are the Hamstring Muscles 3 or 4, because there are two Femoris Muscles, Semitendinosus & Semimembranosus?

3-Are the Short head of the fromris and Semimbranous underneath the Long head and Semitendinosus and we don’t see them just the outer part?
