Gray scale reference Carole

I used this  palette to work on the snow scene.  The mid tone blue I had trouble with that is why there are two versions of it.  I was working on the sky and distant mountains, and a little on the snow shadows.  

A gray palette would be better I can see, and larger, that’s something I need to make..  I wanted you to see how I was applying what we learned last week.
