Frank, Gesture exercise

Matt,

I picked one for me very complex gesture out of “600+ Female Comics Reference Pictures” (Reference = image 294) I bought. 

I tried to use the opposite C-approach and continuous line. I’m not sure about her left arm if I made that right. Same with her right leg. 

I also tried the shadows. Please critique that too, if possible.

One question: How to develop a complete drawing out of such a sketch?

Remark: I didn’t post the reference as a separate image not to cause any copy-right issues.
