Drawing Accurate Shapes

This is probably the hardest exercise I have ever completed. I did the exercise twice and the second time came out a lot better.

Two things I’ve noticed:

1.  Measuring seems to go easier the more you have laid out, so it makes those initial marks so important. The first 30 minutes were all draw and erase multiple times for me, then it got better the deeper I got into the piece.

2. Measuring with a pencil side by side like that made it very difficult versus having my tablet in front of me at eye level to measure with a straight arm and one eye closed.

Cheers and I look forward to your feedback.
