I recently came across the notion of “giving yourself permission to be good” at art, and I think it was in one of your introductory videos or articles. I can relate to that. I tend to get into a rut, identifying with my current strengths and weaknesses, and I think it hinders my improvement. I almost feel like I need to give myself permission to be a better artist. Do you know what I’m talking about, and how do you deal with it?

    Thanks.
